Nourished by my peasant roots in south-west France and designed by local products, my cooking reflects the wisdom of seasons & the diversity of cultures - curious, playful, and meant to be shared. My ever-evolving menus are mostly plant-based and thoughtfully crafted with organic, responsibly sourced ingredients. I also explore bold flavours and rich nutrition through the slowness of pickling and fermentation. Every choice is made with care for people, the planet, and a future with less waste and more joy. I have cooked for various projects, including wholesome meals for an artist's studio work team, festivals, or unique custom-designed dinners.
